Tickets available for masquerade ball

There is still time to don your mask, catch a few beads, and join your friends and neighbors for some Mardi Gras magic at the Sisters Chamber Masquerade Ball on February 21.

The Masquerade Ball will include a full no-host bar, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and an auction. Tickets for the event are $35 each or $245 for a table for 8. Guests for the 2014 event are encouraged to wear Mardi Gras masks, but any attire - casual, formal, or a themed costume - is welcome. Masks will be available for sale at the event, along with beads and other related items.

"This event is loads of fun," says Chamber President Ann Richardson. "I love dressing up and - best of all - I love to see what everyone else is wearing. Those masks are great!"

The Sisters Chamber will present the 2013 annual awards to Business of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Non-profit of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Customer Service of the Year, and a special award to the business that best represents the "Pioneering Spirit" of Sisters Country.

The Masquerade Ball will be held at FivePine Conference Center, beginning at 5:30 p.m. RSVP by Friday, February 14 by calling 541-549-0251 or emailing [email protected]
