Cammi Benson again placed in the ribbons, taking the ninth spot among 42 racers in high school alpine skiing action last weekend.
Fighting a wicked head cold, Benson still managed to produce a two-run combined time of 01:30.180, good enough to crack the top 10.
Bend's Shelby Cutter turned in a blistering 01:13.910 to win.
Emily Ausman took 16th in 01:38.460; Betsy Ausman fell in her second run, taking her out of the ribbons and leaving her with a 31st-place finish in 01:54.910. Maggie Bidasolo fell in both runs and was a DNF for the race, while Ceili Cornelius continued to improve, cutting off six seconds in her second for a combined
02:17.070.
On the men's side, Yasha Saldi, armed with new slalom skis, turned in a swift 01:24.170 to take 12th place. Logan Scherrer skied strong to place 28th in a combined 01:47.770.
Bend's Keenan Seidel continued to dominate the top of the standings, taking first place in 1:09.630, with a smoking 34.030 in his second run.
The skiers return to giant slalom in next week's race at Mt. Bachelor.
