Norman E. Bellino January 1, 1928 - July 28, 2014

Norman Bellino, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, July 28. He passed gently and peacefully at his home.

Norm is survived by his beloved wife Glory; his two children Jim (and Alexis) Bellino and Anita (and Michael) York; his seven grandchildren Justin Queen, Christina Gruettke, James, Melania and Mackenna Bellino, Chris (and Tresa) Moody, and Kevin (and Amanda) Haines; and his great-granddaughter, Savannah Moody.

Norm was born in Hollywood, California. He graduated from Brown Military Academy in San Diego, California, after which he proudly served in the United States Air Force. Norm was always interested in how things worked, which led him to attend and graduate from Cal-Aero Technical Institute with his engineering degree. During his career as a mechanical design engineer, Norm worked primarily projects related to space exploration, such as NASA's Apollo program.

Norm was an avid photographer, beginning in the days when he had his own darkroom, and continuing throughout his life. He loved music and was rarely happier than when listening to jazz or classical music. He also loved fishing and golf. Norm loved all things electronic and welcomed technology. He spent many content hours tinkering on his various projects, as well as his computer. Norm's greatest loves were his Lord and his family.

Norm requested that there be no service after his passing, which his family will respect. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Partners In Care's hospice program
