Calendar features Sisters pooches

Some of the hottest dogs in Sisters grace the pages of the 2015 Furry Friends 12-month calendar.

The fundraising calendar is now on sale at The Nugget office and soon at many locations in Sisters. Calendars will be available at the Doggie Dash, August 16, and at The Dog Show, August 22.

Featuring Paloma and Karma from The Fly Fisher's Place, Ann Richardson's corgis and many others pups from Sisters, shot by Jodi Schneider McNamee, the calendar is a slice of life in Sisters and is designed as a gift item for dog-lovers.

The calendars are $12 each or two for $20.

Calendar sales support the Furry Friends Foundation, which assists families in Sisters by providing a pet-food bank, help with veterinary care, and access to spay and neuter services.
