Fred Kimmell's mini-Harley was a People's Choice winner at Sisters Library last week. (A photo of his prize-winning work was unavailable for last week's story on the awards, so here it is.) Kimmell built his "Rocking Motorcycle" for his 2-year-old great-granddaughter, Ella.
