Chamber ceremony celebrates restaurants

The Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and awards ceremony will be held on March 6. This year's theme is "A Taste of Sisters," celebrating Sisters-area restaurants.

The annual meeting and awards ceremony will include a full no-host bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Tickets for the event are $35 each or a table of eight for $280. Guests for the 2015 event are encouraged to dust off their cowboy hats and Western wear, but any attire - casual or formal - is welcome.

"This event is loads of fun," said Chamber President Ann Richardson. "I love honoring the members of the community who have gone above and beyond - best of all, I love celebrating Sisters businesses!"

The Sisters Chamber will present the 2014 annual awards to Business of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Non-profit of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Customer Service of the Year, President's Award and a special award to the business that best represents the "Pioneering Spirit" of Sisters Country.
