Cub Scouts from Pack 139 raised money in a popcorn drive and donated to Sisters Band of Brothers.
• Tom Barrier wrote: The Oregon Band of Brothers Sisters Chapter was pleasantly surprised Thursday, December 17, to receive a generous gift from Cub Scout Pack 139. They had collected $105 from their popcorn sales.
We were presented with a check from their junior member and later were treated with homemade cinnamon rolls and juice. the rolls were made by two of the mothers that were present. Six members of Pack 139 were also present.
Five members of the local Band of Brothers were there to receive the donation. Cub Pack 139 meets at the Sisters Community Church every other week.
