Jessica Leslie Simonich November 17, 1978 - July 2, 2016

Jessica L. Simonich, 37, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from complications of asthma.

Jessica was born on November 17, 1978, in Los Angeles, California, and has been a long-time resident of Central Oregon. In keeping with Jessica's loving and generous spirit, it was her decision to be an organ and tissue donor and donate life, so that others may live.

She worked hard as a single mother, doing various jobs with pure joy. In Jessica's spare time, she enjoyed hiking, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. She was a loving mother, a devoted daughter and a true friend. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children; Nicholas Simonich, age 20; and Hailey Simonich, age 17.

Jessica is survived by her two beautiful children; father Nicholas Simonich, Jr .; two sisters, Monica Morenao and Stephanie Fergosa; uncle John Simonich; aunt Cathy Simonich Negrete; and several cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of Jessica's life on Friday, July 22, 2016, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Pioneer Park in Bend. Please come and share your memories and stories of Jessica.
