Leadership and work ethic have earned Ethan Morgan the accolades of Outlaws coaches and honors as Athlete of the Month for the month of September.
Outlaws head football Coach Neil Fendall said, "In only two years of high school football, Ethan Morgan has developed into one of our best all-around football players. His leadership and example have earned him being elected as a captain on our team. He is our most physical running back and plays outside linebacker as well.
"What stands out right away about Ethan is his consistent and steady work ethic. He possesses a quiet confidence and poise and those character traits have an impact on his teammates. He makes others better as well as improving himself.
"In our football program, we need good players like Ethan. More importantly, we need great teammates and young men like him. He is a role model for young Outlaws and somebody our school and community can be proud of."
Rounding off a very successful month for Ethan, he was named Homecoming King for the Outlaws last Friday.
