News and Opinion from Sisters, Oregon
The City of Sisters City Council is inviting members of the public to participate in an upcoming Open House to provide input and feedback on the Council’s proposed goals for the 2025-26 fiscal year, which will begin on July 1.
This is an opportunity for residents, business owners, and other stakeholders to have their voices heard as the City Council shapes its priorities for the coming year.
City Council considers goals from the following categories: Environmental Sustainability; Essential Infrastructure; Economic Development; Good Governance; Housing, Livability, and Growth; and Wildfire Mitigation and Community Resiliency.
The Open House will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29, at City Hall. The public is encouraged to attend in person to engage directly with City Council members and staff. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, provide input, and discuss key areas of focus on the Council’s upcoming goals. For those who cannot attend in person, written comments are also welcome and can be submitted via email to [email protected].
